How Do You Feel About The Male Birth Control Pill?
Scientists are working on creating a birth control pill for men.
One team has come up with a pill that does not affect hormone levels like the female pill does.
So far in testing, the prototype has no notable side effects and is reversible once the pill is discontinued.
Males: if this pill passes the testing phase and comes out on the market, would you take it?
Females, do you have any opinions about this pill as well?

it would be great to have that option, and it would make me more comfortable as a guy of not having to worry about getting a girl pregnant by accident. if its safe and effective…i would take it. and plus, it would reduce the need of women to have to go through all those changes in hormone-levels by discontinueing that pill, if the male birth control pill, proves to be safer and more effective.
I agree with the first guy. Though I am female, and would normally be very happy to hear that guys get their turn to do this routine, I’m not happy with pills for any reason.
Have to take a thyroid pill everyday, and that’s enough potential liver damage!
Why put our bodies through torture by using chemicals?
Any woman who relies on a man remembering to take the pill, and being honest when he forgets it, is going to be a mother very soon!
In a marriage or stable relationship this may work out OK; but most women should take care of the contraception, either by using a device or pill themselves, or making sure he uses a condom. Because when it comes down to it, it’s the woman that has to carry the child.
Good since I won’t have to take it.
I am happy with my vasectomy.
sounds great i get my bf to take one along with my pill and condoms as u can never be too safe when it cums to sex
At first I was very intrigued and interested in this concept as I would gladly take this pill for birth control and let my wife’s metabolism go back to normal.
However I found out that this pill would in fact prevent the male from ejaculating altogether, and no offence and nothing disgusting intended, but my ejaculations are almost like a trademark for me, and I wouldn’t sacrifice those for anything. I would gladly wear rubbers for the rest of my sexual life with partner(s) over taking a pill that prevents my ejaculations from taking place.
That’s my opinion, and I apologize if I have offended anyone…
Cheers!
